As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for clients' various environment and providing L3 Wintel incident management within their ITSM toolset
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via client ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe
- Third-Party Vendor Engagement
- Participate in client projects when required
- Develop and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)
- Develop and update Detailed level design

Essential:
- Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge and Experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services
- Demonstrated Knowledge & experience in Red Hat Linux
- Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience in Vmware Vsphere 7
- Demonstrated Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 2019
- Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in Citrix Studios & Director
- Proficiency in advanced scripting
- ITIL V3/V4 certification
- NV2 security clearance is required
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
